Your tasks: 

  • Lead Software System Engineering activities for On-Board Charger Project
  • In alignment with team leader assign System Engineering members to ensure coverage of all SW relevant areas: Plan, check, track their activities and report to management
  • clarify customer requirements / creation of development specification (SPICE ENG1/ENG2)
  • Ensure clear status communication internally and externally via DOORS exchange process
  • Align with HW & Mechanical System Engineering (same location) Development leaders (Germany/Japan)
  • Together with development define feature roll out, track status and clearly communicate to the customer
  • Organize and participate integration workshops with customer
  • Participate in regular customer meetings
  • Participate in regular internal meetings with:
    - HW/SW/Mechanical development, test & validation
    - production FuSa Manager
  • Support Functional Safety Manager for ISO 26262 – Part 4
  • Ensure clear customer communication

Your profile:

  • Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or comparable
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years (or one full product development cycle) in Embedded SW development, Automotive Business
  • Experience as customer interface
  • Experience as (sub) project lead
  • Experience with AC-Chargers, DIN/IEC 61815, ISO/IEC 15113 Powerline Communication
  • Tools & Processes:
    - Functional Safety (ISO 26262)
    - AUTOSAR
    - DOORS, Automotive SPICE
  • English fluent, German desireable
  • Good communication skills, Commitment, Cross-cultural openness, Leadership
  • Travel: about 1 week every 2 months
